[ Competition Nano-lot | Cupping Score: 92 ]
As a roaster and competitor, we are always chasing the absolute limits of coffee flavour. This nano-lot is the definition of that pursuit. Sourced from an elite competition selection, this Geisha scored an incredible 92 points on the cupping table.
Las Brujas is one of several elite parcels that make up the legendary Kotowa estate in Boquete, meticulously run by the father-daughter team, Ricardo and Victoria Koyner. The family has been pioneering coffee here since 1913, when Canadian immigrant Alexander Duncan Macintyre arrived in Panama's highlands and named his first farm "Kotowa" - the indigenous word for mountains. Four generations later, the Koyners continue experimenting across multiple sites in Boquete, each offering distinct expressions shaped by extreme elevation and unique microclimates.
