Roast dates, tasting notes and brew suggestions are provided for guidance only and do not guarantee a specific flavour outcome.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in GBP. VAT is included where applicable.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used coffee products are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
