1. Order Processing Time
We roast coffee every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after being placed.
Please note that orders placed close to or after roasting days may be dispatched on the next scheduled roast day. During busy periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected delivery method.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at ratdogspecialitycoffee@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the courier.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier, but we will make reasonable efforts to support any investigation or claim.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the parcel and contents so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
