Earlier this year, we released a small selection of coffees from Gesha Village’s previous harvest, and the response was fantastic. So, we’re bringing Gesha Village back to Ratdog with two limited releases from the latest harvest.

Our second selection is this beautifully refined washed Gesha from Narsha Farm.

The coffee comes from Gesha Village’s Rarities collection, representing just 10% of the farm’s total production. These are some of the most distinctive coffees produced outside their auction lots, often sought after by competition baristas for their complexity, character and exceptional cup quality.

The freshly harvested cherries are pulped and dry fermented for 18 hours before being thoroughly washed to remove the remaining mucilage. The result is an elegant and layered cup, with a delicate tea-like character alongside notes of black tea, dried apricot, dried Bing cherry, honeysuckle and raisins.

Available in very limited quantities.
