Our first Guatemalan coffee. A washed Bourbon from Finca El Injerto II, located at 1,500–1,850 m.a.s.l. This lot stood out to us for its clean and structured profile, and we’re excited to introduce it as our first release from Guatemala.

Finca El Injerto II is managed by the Martínez family, who have been focusing on improving quality and consistency through selective picking, daily lot separation, variety separation, and structured quality control. These changes are already showing in the clarity and consistency of the coffees produced at the farm.
